We are so happy we chose Capital District Digital. We are a small manufacturer and we needed help creating a better website to showcase our products, provide tech support to our customers and add a commerce site for sales of equipment and parts. Right before Christmas 2020, I asked Capital District Digital to design my company's website. The two co-founders, Anthony and Kaila, promised to finish in two weeks. I was impressed by this delivery date, especially given my request for them to use different photos, background colors, font colors, and specifically, the color purple. Over the course of their work, I made a few changes, which Kaila happily complied with. On Jan 4, 2021, Kaila completed all work and I happily accepted my new website. It was exactly what I wanted. The website of my dreams. I am 100% satisfied! So thanks a million Kaila and Anthony! And yes, I wholeheartedly recommend Capital District Digital. You guys are awesome!

In 2017 Capital District Digital revamped out old out dated website. Wadetours.com was so old school, customers weren't able to book tours online and we were losing business because of this. The changes they brought into our site were incredible, it no longer limited our customers to book during business hours and within weeks of the new site, we saw business sales increase. In January 2020, Capital District Digital mentioned to us that they had a new idea for a new design with more features and an easier way of checkout. Within 12 hours of the new site being launched we received 5 online reservations, 2 of these reservations were new customers who had never traveled before! I cannot thank Capital District Digital enough for the continuous maintenance, ideas and advise with the site. Anthony and Kaila are truly incredible to work with!

The past year I’ve worked closely with Kaila and Anthony to improve our existing website. Before they worked their creative magic, our website was very bland, consisting of only minimum text and one small photo. In the past customers were unable to book tours online, restricting customer to book only Monday – Friday. After brainstorming with our team, Kaila and Anthony effectively exceeded our expectations. We are now able to add beautiful high-res photos, videos, and PDF's to promote our tours and our customers now have the ability to book online 24/7, this has increased our bookings significantly.
