Capital Arena

Capital Arena is a private owned and operated ice skating rink in Clifton Park, NY. Capital Arena offers ice skating activities all-year long including ice hockey, public skating, figure skating, fall/summer programs, birthday parties, and more. They are known for being the premier ice skating facility of the Capital Region with two NHL regulation rinks (200′ x 85′) and offer skate rental and skate sharpening services for their visitors.

Our team worked closely with Capital Arena to create a dynamic and engaging WordPress website that reflects their branding. The website features a visually appealing design with easy navigation, allowing visitors to explore Capital Arena’s facilities, programs, and ice schedule. We also integrated online contact forms that enables users to inquire about certain aspects of the business or website. Additionally, the website is fully responsive and optimized for search engines, ensuring a seamless experience on all devices and enhancing online visibility. Right before Christmas 2020, I asked Capital District Digital to design my company's website. The two co-founders, Anthony and Kaila, promised to finish in two weeks. I was impressed by this delivery date, especially given my request for them to use different photos, background colors, font colors, and specifically, the color purple. In 2017 Capital District Digital revamped out old out dated website. Wadetours.com was so old school, customers weren't able to book tours online and we were losing business because of this. The changes they brought into our site were incredible, it no longer limited our customers to book during business hours and within weeks of the new site, we saw business sales increase. In January 2020, Capital District Digital mentioned to us that they had a new idea for a new design with more features and an easier way of checkout. Within 12 hours of the new site being launched we received 5 online reservations, 2 of these reservations were new customers who had never traveled before! I cannot thank Capital District Digital enough for the continuous maintenance, ideas and advise with the site. Anthony and Kaila are truly incredible to work with!
